VISN 23 desires to procure Omnicell Gold Service Plan service for Omnicell equipment located throughout VISN 23 VA Midwest Health Care Network. The anticipated future contract shall consist of a period of performance for one calendar year. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, parts, equipment, tools, supervision, and transportation required to provide Omnicell Gold Service Plan Services for Omnicell equipment. The Contractor shall provide calibration services by OEM-authorized Service providers of the equipment. Preventive maintenance is not needed. Repair/replacement parts are included except in cases of equipment misuse or abuse where the VA is liable for payment. See the attached Request for Information document.
