(FROM ATTCHAMENT 3) Functional/Performance/Specification (Brand Name or Equal) General Equipment Name: Stabilizer and Stepper Brand Name or Equal to Civco Stepper 620-113, Stabilizer 610-975, and 610-912S Transportation Stand. Description & Salient Characteristics: The Sioux Falls VA has a requirement for a Stabilizer and Stepper to hold our BK Medical Transducer 8818. This stabilizer and stepper will hold the transducer during biopsies, injections of rectal spacer, and placement of fiducial markers. Stepper Must support BK Medical Transducer 8818. Must allow for incremental longitudinal and rotational movement of the ultrasound transducer. Must include a secure, and quick mounting connection to the stabilizer to ensure stability of ultrasound probe. Stabilizer Must have rail mount. Must have single point locking mechanism to quickly lock the stabilizer position without transducer migration. Must have transport and storage stand to move stepper and stabilizer room to room. Must include training either in-person or virtual for both pieces.
