The cancellation is being made in accordance with FAR 15.206(e), due to considerable changes to the Statement of Work and Price/Cost Schedule. The Government appreciates your interest and the time invested in this procurement. A new Solicitation will be issued by the end of the week, or the beginning of next week at the latest.
