VISN 23 HOME VENTILATION RENTAL AND OXYGEN DELIVERY This is a sources sought notice only and it is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS code 532283 Home Health Equipment Rental. Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After a review of the responses to this sources sought notice, a solicitation announcement may be posted. A response to this sources sought notice is not an adequate reply to a potentially forthcoming solicitation. VISN 23 is seeking qualified potential contractors to provide ventilation rental and oxygen delivery services. Refer to the attached document titled Proposed VISN 23 VENTILATION RENTAL AND O2 SUPPLY SCOPE OF WORK for additional details and information. VISN 23 proposes to combine the previously separate contracts for ventilation equipment rental with oxygen delivery into one contract. Any small businesses that believe they can provide one but not the other requirement must respond to this notice with proof that they are able to provide one service but not the other. The proposed requirement will only be awarded to a company with certified technicians and a history of providing such services. It is highly recommended that all interested vendors read the attached Scope of Work in it s entirety before responding. To respond to this sources sought notice, complete the attached form titled Response Form to Sources Sought Notice and email the information requested to Curt LaRose, Contracting Officer, at curt.larose@va.gov. The closing date and time of this sources sought notice is February 28, 2025 at 10:00 AM Central Time. This is not a solicitation and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. Additionally, a response to this sources sought notice is not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of any forthcoming solicitation.
