Requirement The Department of Veterans Affairs, Fargo VA Health Care System 2101 Elm St N Fargo, ND 58102 has a requirement for the procurement of 2 Name Brand or Equal Lloyd Galaxy Chiropractic Tables. The potential contractor must be able to supply all the items listed on the Schedule of Supplies and Statement of Work. This requirement is Brand-Name or Equal, No Gray Goods accepted. Potential contractor must provide a letter from the OEM stating offeror s firm is one of the authorized distributors of the OEM.
