OBJECTIVE: The objective of this notice is to conduct market research to determine if there are Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), or any other small business sources capable of providing scope repair for the Fargo VA Health Care System. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE: The Department Of Veteran Affairs (VA), Fargo VA Health Care System is seeking a contractor to provide all necessary management, labor, equipment, transportation, and insurance to provide courier service to and from the Fargo VA Medical Center and all Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC). The contractor shall provide a board Certified or board eligible Medical or Health Physicist to provide on-site annual, as needed, and performance evaluation/testing of imaging, medical equipment producing radiation (including dental), radiofrequencies and routine, emergency services for the Fargo VA Health Care System (FVHCS). The FVHCS includes Fargo Medical Center and Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) which have imaging services. The FVAHCS makes extensive use of ionizing radiation and radioisotope material in the diagnosis and treatment of disease in the veteran population. See Statement of Work for all details.
