This is a solicitation conducted using FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). Solicitation number 36C26325Q0018 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). This procurement is a total small business set-aside. Prospective offerors must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and the Vendor Information Page (VIP) at time of offer to the Government (https://www.sam.gov). Additionally, prospective offers must be registered in the https://dsbs.sba.gov database. Quotes will only be accepted from responsible contractors. The NAICS code for the solicitation is 621910 with a size standard of $22.5 Million. The VA anticipates one Firm Fixed Price award to provide supplies to the Black Hills VA Health Care System, 113 Comanche Road, Fort Meade, SD 57741. The period of performance is 12-1-2024 to 11-30-2025 for the base year period of performance. Technical questions on this solicitation are due via e-mail only to Robert Bennett, Contracting Specialist, at robert.bennett8@va.gov no later than 1:00 pm on 11/12/2024. Quotes are due to the Contracting Office by 1:00 pm on 11/19/2024. Quotes are required to be emailed to robert.bennett8@va.gov prior to the solicitation closing date and time. This is a Sources Sought Announcement Only and no solicitation is currently available. Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After a review of the responses to this Sources Sought Notice, a solicitation announcement may be posted. A response to this Sources Sought Notice is not an adequate reply to a potentially forthcoming solicitation. All information contained in this Sources Sought Announcement is preliminary, as well as subject to modification, and is in no way binding on the Government.
