This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE for market research purposes to determine the availability of qualified sources capable of providing on-call interventional cardiology services to support the Minneapolis VA Health Care System. Responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition. Please clearly identify any information your company considers sensitive or proprietary. On-call Interventional Cardiology Services The Contractor shall furnish all key personnel to provide services necessary to perform onsite Cardiology Physician Services to eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs, Minneapolis VA Healthcare System. The Contractor s physician(s) care shall cover the range of cardiology services as would be provided in a state-of-the-art civilian medical treatment facility and the standard of care shall be of a quality, meeting or exceeding currently recognized national standards as established by The American College of Cardiology (ACC): https://www.acc.org, Place of Performance: Department of Veterans Affairs Minneapolis VA Health Care System One Veterans Drive Minneapolis, MN 55417 This is a new requirement. The anticipated contract is a fixed price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract with services estimated to commence on March 1, 2025. All companies wishing to do business with the U.S. Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/. Please note that there is no fee to register in SAM. If the procurement is set aside for Veteran-owned businesses only, firms must be verified in the Department of Veterans Affairs, Vendor Information Pages (VIP) at Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov). Any commercial brochures or currently existing marketing material may also be submitted with the capabilities statement. The capabilities will be used to determine if the acquisition will be set-aside for small business or if it will be an unrestricted procurement (all business size). Other than small businesses (i.e., large businesses) are requested to respond to this notice in the event the market does not indicate enough small business interest to support a set-aside.
