Legionella, Dental Clinic and Sterile Processing Service (SPS) Water Sampling Sioux Falls VA Health Care System This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C26324Q0715 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. Prospective offerors must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submitting a quote. (www.sam.gov). Quotes will only be accepted from responsible contractors. The NAICS code for the solicitation is 541380 with a size standard of $19 Million. A list of the contract line items, quantities, and units of measure are listed within the solicitation documentation. The VA anticipates one Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract award for all resources and labor necessary to complete Legionella, Dental Clinic and SPS Water Sampling Services for the Sioux Falls VA Health Care System located at 2501 W 22nd St, Sioux Falls, SD 57105. The period of performance will be for a base year period of performance and four (4) one-year option periods, available at the government s discretion. FAR provisions 52.212-1, 52.212-2, and 52.212-3 apply to this procurement and are detailed within the solicitation document.
