This procurement is a total SD/VOSB set-aside. Prospective offerors must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) SAM.gov | Home database and the Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ at time of offer to the government. Quotes will only be accepted from responsible contractors. The NAICS code for the solicitation is 561720 with a size standard of $22.0 Million A list of the contract line items, quantities, and units of measure are listed within the attached solicitation documentation. The VA anticipates one Firm Fixed Price award to provide services to the Minneapolis Health Care System, One Veterans Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55417. (Twin Ports OPC). The period of performance is 7-1-2024 to 6-30-2025 for the base year period of performance. This is a Sources Sought Announcement Only and no solicitation is currently available. Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After a review of the responses to this Sources Sought Notice, a solicitation announcement may be posted. A response to this Sources Sought Notice is not an adequate reply to a potentially forthcoming solicitation. All information contained in this Sources Sought Announcement is preliminary, as well as subject to modification, and is in no way binding on the Government. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this request. Furthermore, the Government reserves the right to cancel this requirement at its discretion.
