Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 3 of 3 Presolicitation Notice *=Required Field Presolicitation Notice Page 1 of 3 This is a Presolicitation notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23, for services for Water Testing Services at the Veterans Affairs, Black Hills Health Care System (VA BHHCS). This is a solicitation conducted using FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). Solicitation number 36C26324Q0369 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). This procurement is a total Small Business set-aside. Prospective offerors must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (https://www.sam.gov) ) at the time of offer to the Government to be eligible for award. Quotes will only be accepted from responsible contractors. The NAICS code for the solicitation is 541380 with a size standard of $19 Million. A list of the contract line items, quantities, and units of measure are listed within the attached solicitation documentation. The VA anticipates one Firm Fixed Price award to provide these services to VA BHHCS located at Fort Meade and Hot Springs, South Dakota. The base period of performance is 03/01/2024 to 02/28/2025 with four option years. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will ONLY be available on this site. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Quotes are due to the Contracting Office by 12:00 PM Central time on 02/21/2024. Quotes are required to be emailed to Alisha.Milander@va.gov prior to the solicitation closing date and time. It is the responsibility of the offeror to ensure their quote is received in its entirety by the Contract Specialist before the solicitation closing. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract neither does it obligate the Government to pay for any quotes or proposal preparation costs. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation.
