This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources to perform the potential requirement. This source sought notice is part of Market Research effort and invites contractors capable of fulfilling the requirement in accordance with the Statement of Work and Salient Characteristics. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 23, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following: The VA Central Iowa Health Care System, 3600 30th Street, Des Moines, IA 50310-1318 has a requirement to modify/upgrade/install multiple items on/ in one each, 2023 Dodge Durango to be utilized as a police cruiser for local campus use. The modifications shall include all parts and installation labor for a fully functional police cruiser. Required equipment includes: (center console, siren, light bar, external PA speaker, spotlight, separation panel, cargo partition, scanner, and all required mounts/ wiring/ antenna).
