This is a solicitation conducted using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a Request for Quote (RFQ) is being requested. At the time of submission of offer and prior to award, the offeror shall be listed as verified in SBA VetCert database at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov and verified and active as a Small Business in the System for Award Management (SAM) reflecting 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1000 Employees.
