This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources to perform the potential requirement. This source sought notice is part of Market Research effort and invites contractors capable of fulfilling the requirement in accordance with the Statement of Work and Salient Characteristics. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 23, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following: Specialty beds, surfaces and related items for Negative Pressure Wound Therapy System (NPWTS), patient warmers, and exam tables for VISN 23 Medical Facilities. All items listed will be required to be delivered within 12 hours of notice and will be listed with rates for Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Rental. All equipment is to be new or in like new condition. Any equipment that is provided that does not work up to VA standards shall be replaced at no additional cost to the VA. See the attached Sources Sought Notice.
