With that being said, there are many that are inside of 10 miles but it is not uncommon for us to have to transport Veterans longer distances (100 miles or more) for specialty care or admittance/discharges from contracted nursing 2. The VA anticipates one firm fixed price contract award to provide services to VA Saint Cloud, Minnesota Health Care System, 4801 Veterans Avenue, St. Cloud, MN 56303 Health Care System. The period of performance is 12-01-2023 to 11-30-2024 for the base year period of performance. There are four (4) one-year option periods available at the government s discretion.
