See "36C26324Q0024 0001" in the attachments section for copy of the amendment as well as for the questions and answers. ____________________________________________________________________________ ***Original Notice Text*** This is a FAR Part 13, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside, Request for Quotations for on-site Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and related services for the St. Cloud VA Health Care System. A five-year indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract is anticipated, with an estimated 4120 hours a year of CRNA services to be provided by a minimum of three qualified key personnel. Period of Performance: 01 February 2024 – 31 January 2029.
