Response to Vendor Questions Vendor questions in bold, Responses in red. How many trays need serviced at each visit? There is no set requirement for trays serviced at each visit as long as each tray is serviced at least once annually. How many hours per service day will the technician be required onsite? There is no set requirement for hours per service day that a technician will be required onsite as long as the repairs are completed in the allotted timeframes. The inventory did not include model numbers for the serialized devices such as cameras, video and power and dental handpiece equipment. Could we get those model numbers for the serialized equipment please? Appendix A Equipment List attached to the solicitation identifies each container the Minneapolis VAMC possesses. We have attached a master inventory list (Complete 2023 MASTER Inventory Summary.xlsx ) to this amendment that includes every piece of instrumentation we own which go into those containers. It would be extremely difficult to sift through the trays individually so there are certain instruments that are included in the attached master inventory list that do not have to be repaired under this contract, however, this master inventory list can be used as a reference and compared against the Appendix A Equipment List.
