This is a Notice of Intent published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101(a)(1) requiring the dissemination of information regarding proposed contract actions. This procurement will be a delivery order against the CIO-CS Four Points Technology contract HHSN316201500034W. This sole source delivery order falls under the authority of FAR 8.405-6 and FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(B)1 and is in accordance with VAAR 819.7007 which allows sole-source awards to a verified service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) under 38 USC §8127(c) where contracts awarded using this authority shall be supported by a written justification and approval described in FAR 6.303 and 6.304, as applicable. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23 intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract to Four Points Technology, UEI H1KHJPJH9R51, 14900 Conference Center Drive, Suite 100, Chantilly, VA 20151 for TrackCore Licensure for the VISN 23 Medical Centers. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541519 and the PSC is DA10. The Government understands that is the vendor that can provide the requested services. While this synopsis does not constitute a solicitation, interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the requirement, including documentation from the proprietary rights holder that such contractor could provide this service as an authorized reseller, authorized dealer or third party.
