RFQ 36C26323Q1052 Amendment #0001 The contractor shall perform the compliance review of the newly complied and updated As.built drawings based on the NFPA 99 2024 scheduled for publication on October 20th. The contractor shall provide a deliverables portal for exchanging digital files that complies with VA OIT security stipulations. This can be in various formats: Submittal Exchange, Sharepoint, CD-ROM, etc. Key checkout shall be available after-hours and during hours via the AC Plant in Omaha. Key checkout shall be available during hours via the Boiler Plant for Grand Island; however, limited after-hours support is available in Grand Island without advanced notice. Escorting shall also be available on both sites during normal business hours. Per NFPA 99 2021 3.3.88 and A.3.3.88, instrument air or nitrogen is intended for removing excess moisture from instruments (e.g., SPS processes) before further processing, or to operate medical surgical tools, air driven booms, pendants, or similar applications. Contractors working on-site shall be required to apply for PIV badges upon award; however, if unacceptable timeline delays occur (unable to complete badging by NTP issuance) from the PIV office, other staff with PIVs or VA staff shall escort contractor personnel as a substitute. All deliverable files must be in compatible formats acceptable for incorporation into NWI s digital master drawing model with VLogic (i.e., AutoCAD and Revit compatible).
