This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested. Solicitation number 36C26323Q0883 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. This procurement is a total set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Prospective offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to submission of their offer. Quotes will only be accepted from responsible contractors. The NAICS code for the solicitation is 561730, Landscaping Services, with a size standard of $9.5 million. The VA anticipates one firm fixed price contract award for all resources and labor necessary to perform the Landscaping Services for the NWIVAHCS, located at 4101 Woolworth Ave, Omaha, NE 68105.
