SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE for market research purposes to determine the availability of qualified sources capable of providing personnel to provide services necessary to perform onsite Acute Dialysis Nursing Services to eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Sioux Falls, SD VA Medical Center (hereinafter referred to as VAMC). The Contractor s nurse(s) care shall cover the range of Acute Dialysis Nursing Services as would be provided in a state-of-the-art civilian medical treatment facility and the standard of care shall be of a quality, meeting or exceeding currently recognized national standards. Place of Performance: Services shall be provided at Sioux Falls VAMC 2501 W 22nd Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57105 (See attached Performance Work Statement PWS for this notice). The anticipated contract is firm fixed price contract with services estimated to commence in August 2023. All firms wishing to do business with the U.S. Government must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/. Please note that there is no charge to register in SAM. If the procurement is set aside for Veteran-owned businesses, firms must be verified in the Department of Veterans Affairs, Vendor Information Pages (VIP) at https://vetbiz.va.gov/. Note: The capability statement request is not a Request for Quotations, Request for Proposals, or Invitation for Bids, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach, but rather the Government is requesting information regarding your company's ability to provide the services listed above. Any commercial brochures or currently existing marketing material may also be submitted with the capabilities statement. The capabilities will used to determine if the acquisition will be set-aside for small business or if it will be an unrestricted procurement (all business size). Other than small businesses (i.e., large businesses) are requested to respond to this notice in the event the market does not indicate enough small business interest to support a set-aside.
