THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY: The market research is looking to identify potential small businesses vendors who have the capabilities to offer the following: Ceiling Mounted Patient Lifts. This market research is for NEBRASKA W-IOWA VA HEALTHCARE SYSTEM 4101 WOOLWORTH AVENUE OMAHA, NE, 68105. See draft statement of work attached to this notice for more details. There are existing site conditions that may impact potential offers. Site visits are encouraged and interested vendors can schedule visits during the following open time slots: May 19th, between 11am-2pm May 24th, between 11am -2pm June 2nd, between 11am-2pm To schedule a visit during the above openings, send an email to Joshua.Imdacha@va.gov. with your preferred date and time. Site visits will not be permitted once the pending solicitation is released to the public to help reduce acquisition lead time. Walk ins will not be accepted all vendors must schedule a visit via email. If your company sells the equipment listed in the statement of work, please respond via email to Joshua.Imdacha@va.gov.
