The Sioux Falls, SD Veterans Administration intends to negotiate a sole source award to Z&Z Medical Inc, a small business, located at 1924 Adams St., Cedar Falls, IA 50613, SAM UEI VKPEBLKG36K4, for the replacement and installation of two each X-Ray Systems located at the Des Moines, IA Veterans Administration. The Government intends to sole source this requirement to Z& Z Medical Inc. This is a simplified acquisition. This notice serves as both a synopsis of the requirement and public notice of the Governments intent to sole source the replacement and installation of the X-Ray Systems. This action is being taken in accordance with FAR 13.106-1. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
