This is a Pre-Solicitation notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23, for the procurement of EMS Carts to the Rapid City VA OPC, Rapid City, SD. The NAICS code for this procurement is 326199 All Other Plastics Product Manufacturing with a SBA size standard of 750 employees.
