TOWN HALL TELECONFERENCE SERVICES This is a sources sought notice only and is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified, potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS code 517810 All Other Telecommunications. Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After a review of the responses to this sources sought notice, a solicitation announcement may be posted. A response to this sources sought notice is not adequate reply to a potentially forthcoming solicitation. The Iowa City and Sioux Falls VA Medical Centers, located at 601 Highway 6 W, Iowa City, IA 52246 and 2501 W. 22nd St, Sioux Falls, SD 57105, are seeking qualified potential contractors to provide town hall teleconference services. The work required consists of providing all resources necessary for each location to conduct quarterly town hall teleconferences with up to sixty-thousand participants. The teleconferencing system requirements will include: Teleconference schedule coordination with staff; System training for staff; Interactive Voice Response (IVR) capability; Outbound simultaneous call-and-connection capability; Toll-free Inbound call capability; Pre-recorded voice message capability; Live speak with question and answer capability; Live phone keypad/touch-tone polling capability; Participant voicemail option capability; Web-based staff management dashboard; Web-based staff chat capability; Technical Support; Post-teleconference statistical reports; and Digital audio recording of teleconferences. The closing date and time of this sources sought notice is April 20th at 8:00 AM Central Time. This is not a solicitation and in no way obligates the government to award any contract. Additionally, a response to this sources sought notice is not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of any forthcoming solicitation.
