This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service -Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) entities. Quotes will only be accepted from responsible contractors. Meaning, offerors must have a current registration in the: System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov); at time of offer, with no current record of exclusion, suspension, or debarment. The NAICS code for the solicitation is 561710 with a size standard of $17.5 million. A list of the contract line items, quantities, and units of measure are listed within the attached solicitation document. The VA anticipates one firm fixed price contract award to provide services to: VA Nebraska Western Iowa Health Care System, 4101 Woolworth Avenue, Omaha, NE 68105. There are multiple locations included in the NWI area. These are also broken out in the attached solicitation. The initial (Base Year) period of performance is: Date of Award (DOA) to 1-31-2024. There are also four (4) one-year option periods available for the Government to exercise. Note: Options years are exercised on a discretionary basis (based upon the needs of the Government before the start of each option period).
