OFFEROR READ THIS INFORMATION FIRST BEFORE SUBMITTING AN OFFER This a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a solicitation conducted using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a Request for Quote (RFQ) is being requested. Solicitation Number: 36C26323Q0149 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-08 dated 10/28/2022. This is an unrestricted solicitation; large and small businesses may respond to this solicitation. At the time of submission of offer and prior to award, the offeror shall be listed as active/verified in the System for Award Management (SAM). The VA anticipates the award of one (1) Indefinite Quantity Contract containing Firm Fixed Pricing for Assistive Technology Professional (ATP), Rehab Seating Specialist/Repair Technician Service to support the Sioux Falls VA Hospital Wheelchair Seating Clinic located at 2501 W 22nd Street, Sioux Falls SD 57105. The period of performance is from December 19, 2022, to December 18, 2023, and will include four (4) one-year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the government.
