STEAM TRAP INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE, AND REPAIR SERVICES This is a sources sought notice only and is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified, potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS code 811210 Equipment Repair and Maintenance. Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After a review of the responses to this sources sought notice, a solicitation announcement may be posted. A response to this sources sought notice is not adequate reply to a potentially forthcoming solicitation. The Nebraska Western Iowa VA Health Care System, located at 4101 Woolworth Ave. Omaha, NE 68105 and 2201 N. Broadwell Ave. Grand Island, NE 68803, is seeking qualified potential contractors to provide Steam Trap Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services. The work required consists of quarterly inspection, maintenance, and repair of all steam traps, including all labor (including staff with proper certifications, licenses, and/or qualifications to perform such services in the State of Nebraska), supervision, management, management support, supplies, ancillary equipment, vehicles, and materials necessary for accomplishment of complete steam trap inspection, maintenance, and repair services. The services will be performed in Omaha, NE and Grand Island, NE, on a total population of 416 steam traps.
