Network 23 Contracting Office anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to BioFire Diagnostics, LLC, NAICS Code 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1000 employees will be utilized. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for the procurement of COVID Analyzers and Kits. Due to the proprietary nature of certain aspects of these particular COVID Analyzers and Kits, no solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes or information.
