This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested. Solicitation number 36C26322R0033 is issued as a request for proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. This acquisition is conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 and VAAR Part 873. VA anticipates one firm-fixed-price, indefinite quantity contract award for all resources and labor necessary to provide Off-Site On-Call Gynecology Services to the Minneapolis VA Health Care System located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Additional requirements, to include a list of the contract line items, quantity, and unit of measure, are listed within the attached solicitation documents. This procurement is being solicited as a total set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. Prospective offerors must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to proposal submittal: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Contractors claiming to be SDVOSB business concerns must be registered and certified in the Vendor Information Pages www.vip.vetbiz.gov by the RFP closing date. Proposals will only be accepted from responsible contractors. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 621111 and the small business size standard is $12 million. The Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS) does not apply to this solicitation. Proposals must be emailed to Anna Leitzke at anna.leitzke@va.gov prior to the solicitation closing date and time. It is the responsibility of the offeror to ensure their proposal is received in full by the Contracting Office before solicitation closing.
