HVAC Commissioning and Inspection Services for VA Iowa City Health Care System This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested. Solicitation number 36C26322Q0984 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07. Prospective offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to submission of their offer. Quotes will only be accepted from responsible contractors. The NAICS code for the solicitation is 238330 with a size standard of $16.5 million. A list of the contract line items, quantities, and units of measure are listed within the attached solicitation documentation. The VA anticipates one firm fixed price contract award for all resources and labor necessary to complete the HVAC commissioning and inspection services for the VA Iowa City Health Care System located at 601 Highway 6 West, Iowa City, Iowa 52246-2208 The period of performance is 11/21/2022 to 11/20/2023.
