Includes all necessary sampling equipment, collection of temperature readings, pH level readings, and residual biocide level readings for each sample, labor to collect samples, proper preparation and transportation of samples, analysis, report of analysis, and technical assistance on sample result interpretation. Associated facilities include the Rapid City TR House and the Sturgis TR House. 352 Samples collected with labor to collect samples and samples analyzed 0002 Follow-up analysis of water samples to test for Legionella at Fort Meade Medical Center and associated facilities as a result of any positive findings of Legionella or as requested at the discretion of the COR and/or Site POC up to and including 10% of total samples collected at each health care system annually.
