SOURCES SOUGHT: This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by Minneapolis VA Health Care System (VAHCS), One Veterans Drive , Minneapolis, MN 55417, to identify all sources that are capable of providing support for a design/build project, 618-182 Create a Primary Care Clinic , with commissioning of all the new mechanical and electrical equipment added. This new building is adding an additional 15,000 sq ft to Building 70 and connecting to Building 70 at the back of the 1D ward. The general contractor for the design/build contract is Industria Pacific JV LLC, the mechanical sub-contractor is Schdegg Mechanical, the plumbing sub-contractor is Voson Plumbing, and the electrical sub-contractor is Preferred Electric. Period of Performance (P.O.P) is planned for 123 days. Estimated start date will be July 1, 2022, and end date of November 1st, 2022. OVERVIEW OF THE REQUIREMENT: The RCx services may include the following; Involvement in all construction meetings. Based on the estimated NTP and commissioning period of performance, this has been assumed to be a total of 29 construction meetings. An additional estimated 6 trips to the site during the construction for the commissioning of the mechanical and electrical equipment. Commissioning to take place upon the completion of the final inspection at each phase in the project. Provide final commissioning test and balancing report for fans and applicable components, along with, arc flash study for the electrical panels being installed. Provide an annual check list for use in facility for future maintenance. DELIVERABLES: Commissioning Services and a final commissioning report.
