The limitation on subcontracting was correctly identified on the solicitation document SF1449 and in VAAR Clause 852.219-77 VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting but, was incorrect on the separate Attachment. The CORRECT limitation is 50% and not 75%. Offerors shall acknowledge the Amendment by signing the SF30 and the revised Attachment, VAAR Clause 852.219-77 VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting.
