Minneapolis Veterans Affairs Medical Center, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, has a requirement for the removal (hauling, treatment, and disposal) of Regulated Medical Waste, i.e. Sharps. RMW Disposal consists of physically collecting, treatment and disposal of infectious and pathological wastes, including needles, on a regularly scheduled basis, to be mutually determined by provider of service and the MVAHCS. Contractor shall provide all reusable sharps containers, mounting brackets, carts for interim storage for reusable sharps system. Contractor shall provide all reusable bulk containers for RMW.
