VA-CIHCS has a requirement for steel warehouse pallet racking for the Logistics warehouse activation. The vendor will provide required warehouse pallet rack storage components and installation to cover approximately 1000 square feet of floor space and 3000 cubic feet of storage. Installation will require securing upright sections to the floor, and installation of frame guards. 32 sections / 96” length x 42” depth x 192” tall with 3 each 96” beams pairs per section, per attached drawing and estimated “Required Individual Line Items & Quantity of Items” list below. Aisles will be installed based upon the drawings provided with the requirement. There will be a minimum of 120 inch-wide aisles between installed shelving. The vendor will provide Husky brand or equal to shelving to allow interchange/ compatibility with on-hand/ existing shelving components. Bottom shelves will be installed to allow 6 inches of clearance for a Crown RR 5725-45 high reach forklift (Crown RR 5725-45 Specifications | CraneMarket). Requests for quotes will be for pricing based on contractor performing the entire project, which will include management of the products and supplies needed, receipt and inspection of deliverables, completion of assembly and cleanup after shelving is installed. A vendor site visit is strongly recommended prior to submitting proposals. Award by 15JUN2022, with delivery and installation must be for not later than 01AUG2022.
