PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT ABBREVIATED GENERAL: Services Provided: The Contractor shall provide on-site trained and experienced Autotransfusion Technician (Intra or Postop Salvage) Services in accordance with the specifications contained herein to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the VA NWIHCS. The Government will provide contractor with equipment. Standard of Care: The standard of care should be equal to that provided to a state-of-the-art civilian medical treatment facility. The contractor shall provide competent, quality Autotransfusionist services to all patients of the VA NWIHCS in the performance of this contract. Contractor shall provide all services specified in this contract for any VA beneficiary, regardless of the race, color, religion, sex, or national origin of the person for whom such services are ordered. The Contractor further warrants that he/she shall not resort to subcontracting as a means of circumventing this provision. Place of Performance: Contractor shall furnish services on-site at the VA NWIHCS, Omaha Division, 4101 Woolworth Ave, Omaha, NE 68105
