THIS IS A TOTAL 100% SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) SET-ASIDE. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 23 (NCO23) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a single, firm fixed-price contract. Contractor shall furnish all supervision, tools, labor, materials, equipment and transportation necessary for Project Number 568A4-21-SL001 Replace Sewer Riser Bldg 12 located at Hot Springs Medical Center, 500 North 5th St, Hot Springs, SD 57747. The contractor will provide all labor and materials needed to replace an existing sewer riser in building 12 from the third (3rd) floor to the crawlspace of the Hot Springs Medical Center, to include wall demolition and wall repair. The replacement sewer pipe will be new PVC sewer pipe. Work requires construction barriers, utilizing HEPA air filtrations, and other class III infection control requirements. The applicable NAICS Code under this acquisition is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a $16.5 Million small business size standard. The magnitude of construction cost range for this project is less than $25,000.
