The NWI VA Health Care System-Omaha anticipates awarding a sole-source procurement to Hologic Inc, of Marlborough MA for the purchase of Hologic reagents to be utilized at the Omaha VA Health Care System for a three-month period on the VA owned Hologic instrument. NAICS code is 325413, and size standard 1250 employees applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Comments regarding this announcement must be received no later than 4PM CST (local time) on October 8, 2021.
