Minneapolis Veterans Affairs Medical Center, located in Minneapolis, MN, has a requirement to preform Veterans Affairs Police Psychological Evaluations. The Period of Performance will begin on or about September 1, 2021- August 31, 2022 with four option year periods. The government intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) and award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to the responsible vendor whose quote is the most advantageous to the Government under the procedures in FAR 13.5 used in accordance with 41 U.S.C 1901. Market research indicates that this acquisition will be competed as a Total Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SDVOSB).
