Page 2 of 2 This Notice of Intent is provided to advise that the Government intends to solicit for Police Duty and Training Ammunition as a Small Business set-aside for the Minneapolis VA Health Care System to include the following: Ammunition must meet the below specs/requirements listed. Delivery is required within 30 to 60 Days. Require 24-hour notice for delivery. Deliveries accepted Mon-Fri 0700 to 1530 daily 9MM Training Ammunition must be FMJ (Full Metal Jacket), Ball, Brass, 124 Grain, Training ammunition may be of any brand, as long as it is produced by a reputable manufacturer and meets Sporting Arms and Ammunition Manufacturers Institute specifications. 2. 9MM Duty Ammunition must be one of the following: Remington Arms Golden Saber, 124 gr Brass Jacketed Hollow Point; Speer LE Gold Dot 124 gr, (Product #53618) or Federal Premium HST 124 gr (Product # P9HST1). No other substitutions are allowed. A solicitation will be issued on or about 7/21/2021. Responses shall be submitted electronically to Wendy Hoeschen via email at wendy.hoeschen@va.gov. Fax responses and Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
