This notice shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs. The Department of Veterans Affairs Network 23 Contracting Office (NCO 23), on behalf of The US Department of Veterans Affairs Health Care System of Minneapolis, MN, hereinafter referred to as MVAHCS located at 1 Veterans Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55417, contemplates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) in order to award a single, firm fixed-price contract for provision of Annual RPZ Backflow Preventer Testing Services. The performance period will be from time of contract award through end of the 1-year base period, currently estimated to be 8/15/2021 8/14/2022. There will also be a potential 4 Option Years offered for this contract. The solicitation and any subsequent award will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 13 and 13.5, and relevant sections of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Veterans Administration Acquisition Regulation (VAAR). The solicitation may be posted to the Beta.Sam.Gov Contract Opportunities website at https://beta.sam.gov/ on approximately June 21st, 2021. Applicable NAICS code is 238220. SBA Small Business Size Standard is $16.5 Million. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, equipment, and required vehicles and service in accordance with the RFQ performance work statement.
