Veteran Integrated System Network (VISN) 23 has established an ongoing requirement which requires a contractor to provide Medical Grade Bulk Liquid Oxygen. Minneapolis VA will also need Medical Grade Bulk Nitrogen. If the Government facility does not own its own bulk oxygen or nitrogen tank system, the contractor shall provide a contractor-owned tank system with an appropriate back-up system (i.e. reserve tank or cylinder bank). Specifications for each facility are listed. The contractor shall provide all needed components to support a Food and Drug Administration (FDA) medical grade bulk liquid oxygen & nitrogen tank system in accordance with National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) 99. The contractor shall have an off-site monitoring system (telemetry system) that will allow the contractor to independently monitor the system and refill requirements
