The Omaha VA Health Care System anticipates awarding a sole-source procurement to Philips Electronics North America Corporation of Andover MA for the lease of a temporary MRI system/trailer at the Omaha VA Health Care System for a period of five (5) months beginning August 1, 2021. NAICS code is 532490, size standard $35 million applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Comments regarding this announcement must be received no later than 4PM CST (local time) on Wednesday, March 31, 2021.
