The Omaha VA Health Care System anticipates awarding a sole-source procurement to VWR International LLC of Radnor PA for the purchase of SpectraMax M5 microplate reader at the Omaha Nebraska VA Health Care System. NAICS code is 334516, size standard 1000 employees applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government.
