The purpose of this notice is to announce that Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 23 contracting office is inviting vendors who provide surgical lighting, ceiling-mounted equipment management booms to schedule a Virtual Industry Day. Due to the current environment the VA is offering interested vendors the date range of March 3, 2021 to March 9, 2021 to schedule a Virtual meeting. See attachment Open Time Sign up for details. The responses provided to this notice will be used by the members of an Integrated Project Team (IPT) as stated at FAR 15.201(e), to derive price, delivery, and other market information; to include capabilities for planning purposes.
