The Minneapolis VA Health Care System anticipates awarding a sole-source procurement to Carefusion Inc, of San Diego CA for an open market sole source purchase order for the Pyxis Medstation medication dispensing system and supporting equipment located throughout the Minneapolis VA facility for a six (6) month period beginning December 1, 2021. NAICS code is 532490, size standard $35 million applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Comments regarding this announcement must be received no later than 2PM CST (local time) on November 30, 2020.
