This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE only. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this notice. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS OR PRICING AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. This notice shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs. The solicitation will be posted on the Contracting Opportunities website (formally Federal Business Opportunities FBO) on approximately Oct. 26, 2020. Applicable NAICS code is 561990. This requirement is 100% SET-ASIDE for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) only. All qualified offerors are invited to provide their proposal. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, equipment, and required production in accordance with the RFQ statement of work. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Midwest Healthcare Network (VISN 23), Fargo VAMC, has a requirement for qualified firms capable of providing Document Destruction services in accordance with the Statement of Work and all current federal, state and local laws and regulations. The Government intends to award a single, firm fixed-price Contract. The performance period will begin 11/01/2020. The solicitation and any subsequent award will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 13 and 13.5, and relevant sections of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Veterans Administration Acquisition Regulation (VAAR). All respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov and complete online Representations and Certifications at http://www.sam.gov. All respondents must be registered/certified in the VA s Vendor Information Pages (VIP) at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov to validate SDVOSB eligibility.
