ABBREVRIATED STATEMENT OF WORK Cleaning Services for two Fisher house sites Scope of work The Minneapolis VA Health care system, hereinafter referred to as MVAHCS, requires the services of a contractor to provide Sanitation Services at two Fisher house locations, 5045 E. 54th St. Minneapolis MN 55417, House I and House II on weekends only from 0800 until 1630 CST. This is a non-personal services contract to provide janitorial services for the Minneapolis VA Medical Center. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. Contractor shall keep position staffed. If the individual who is staffed to clean the fisher house leaves for any reason, it is up to the contractor to supply an individual to fulfil the needs outlined in this contract.
