Elm St. Fargo ND 58102. Johnson Controls is the sole proprietor of the C-Cure systems and its software. The cost of looking at all new hardware and software would be cost prohibitive to the VA and could result in a lapse of active security putting the Veterans at risk. Johnson Controls is owned by Tyco. CCure 9000 is produced by Software House which is also a Tyco com. Johnson Controls is the sole proprietor of the C-Cure systems and its software. The VA currently has C-Cure 9000 and Avigilon products in the Fargo facility. Both are approved for the VA network.
